Are you working on a sci-fi novel? Fantasy, Horror, Mystery or Thriller? If you want to make sure you are on the right track, join the Maryland Writers’ Association – Howard County Chapter workshop led by our very own Harrison Demchick.
He will be presenting Building a World: The Genre Fiction Workshop. This will help you analyze, critique and improve those crucial first 4,000 words of your novel. If you are serious about making sure that the early chapters of your novel will engage your readers, if you want your characters clear, then this workshop is for you.
This Howard County writing workshop is on July 20, 2017 at 7:00 – 9:00 pm. at the Owen Brown Community Center 6800 Cradlerock Way Columbia, MD 21045. You must have pre-registered to have your work critiqued, but all are welcome for the workshop.
MWA chapter meetings are open to the public and are free to MWA members and first-time guests. Returning non-members will be asked to pay $5.
