When you’re self-employed, peak performance is hugely important—after all, the success of your business is entirely up to you. It’s an ongoing subject of interest for me, something I learned a ton about while collaborating with the intrepid Commander Mark Divine on The Way of the SEAL, and something I continue to study. For me, peak performance means I am operating at my best, accomplishing my goals, and delivering on a high level. It covers everything from goal-setting to planning to productivity.
Thor Conklin’s all about peak performance, too, and he’s made the pursuit of high-level achievement the center of his business.
